Helpful staff, reasonably large and functional rooms with very big beds too.

Clean and the staff was fabulously helpful and extremely helpful. Nicely furnished room with a beautiful private veranda and a balcony, as example, I had everything needed. I had a lovely stay in a long time.

This property was clean and quirky. Every staff member was very friendly and attentive. The room was romantic, brand-new, the bed was big. The views across city were nice. Central location just next door to the `` Pena de Bernal '' and the restaurant of the Casa de la Marquesa and a beautifully restored, it was in a historic area.

They offered pastries, fresh fruit and eggs for breakfast. The property was in the heart of the city.

Had lovely experience, overall beautifully maintained place.

The hotel was clean, service was excellant. I booked a room with a big bed, a flat-screen TV with cable channels, climate control, and an individual safe. The private bathroom. The location was stunning, not far from museums, churches and dining at walkint distance, a plaza, nice restaurants, beautiful churches and Queretaro's downtown. I tried some drinks at brew pub La Roma, located 5 minutes walk away. I greatly enjoyed 4 nights in this property.

Historical property with exceptional staff, offering airport transfers and pants-pressing service. Good breakfast included, location in historic district. Unbelievable water pressure in shower!

The actual building is sublime old world and the location for visiting the museums and center of the city superb!!!

Have been going there off and on for 12 years and the decor has wained ...the chandeliers are terribly dirty and it is a main architectural feature

Romantic and simply beautiful hotel, it was worth its 5 stars.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel in the heart of Queretaro. The architectural detail throughout was jaw-dropping. Our large, comfortable room had a king size bed that was a dream to sleep on. The staff were attentive, and we appreciated the prompt room service. The location was excellent, just a short walk from the main plaza. I highly recommend this beautiful colonial hotel.

The room was exquisite & well-appointed. The bathroom was large. Location in the heart of the city was a plus. Furthermore, willing to walk nearby the center. Tbh, had an ABSOLUTELY AMAZING stay for one special night at the end of our trip.

The building itself is remarkable, it's very old, small, and intimate. The location is perfect. You can walk to everything of interest in Old Queretaro. The breakfast was elegant and beautifully served. The staff responded instantly to any need we had.

We weren't told about an annual parade which we happened upon by chance. It was easily the highlight of our trip. We weren't given area maps or listings of places of interest. When I asked for a map I was given one that was useless as was the information brochure. We got a good map and list of interesting things from the hotel next door.

The room was exquisite and functional with a super super comfy bed, an interior patio plus nice linen, we felt like at home.
